Procédure complète pour télécharger, appairer et configurer l'application compagnon miniprt sur les smartphones et tablettes pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.
Before You Start
Ensure your miniprt portable mini printer is fully charged. A full charge takes about 90 minutes via USB-C and supports printing 10+ rolls of thermal paper. Check that your phone runs iOS 12+ or Android 8+ with Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.
Step 1: Download the App
Search for "miniprt" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app icon shows a white printer on a blue background. File size is approximately 45 MB. Download over WiFi to avoid mobile data charges.
Step 2: Power On and Pair
Press and hold the power button on your mini printer for 3 seconds. The LED indicator flashes blue. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and look for a device named "miniprt-XXXX". Tap to pair. Default PIN is 0000 if prompted.
Step 3: Connect in the App
Open the miniprt app. Tap the Bluetooth icon in the top-right corner. Your paired printer should appear in the device list. Tap it to connect. A green "Connected" status confirms successful pairing.
Step 4: Load Thermal Paper
Open the paper compartment by sliding the top cover. Insert a roll of 57mm x 30mm thermal paper with the printable side facing up. Pull out about 1cm of paper and close the cover firmly until it clicks.
Step 5: Test Print
In the app, tap the "Test Print" button in Settings. The printer should feed paper and print a test pattern showing the connection status, battery level, and firmware version.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Printer not found: Ensure no other app is connected to the printer. Close all Bluetooth apps and restart the pairing process.
- Faint print: Check that you are using high-quality thermal paper rated for 200+ DPI printing. Cheap paper produces lighter output.
- Paper jam: Open the cover, remove the roll, check for torn paper bits, and reload.
